How does each contest work? You are given five randomly selected player projections from our bank in the category of your choosing. For each projection, you must pick either "Over" or "Under" or choose to pass within a 30-second timer. If you do not make a selection within the allotted time, "Pass" will be automatically chosen. If you pass on four or more entries, your entry will be refunded. Once your selections are made, you will be matched with an opponent who has received the same five projections.. A match will only proceed if at least two different selections exist between the two entries. Scoring works as follows: 1 point is awarded for each correct "Over" or "Under" selection. 0.5 points are given for each "Pass." If the contest ends in a tie, a tiebreaker will determine the winner. The player that ends the contest with more points wins. If at a contest end users have an equal amount of points, the contest will end in a tiebreak.

What is the tiebreak?Tiebreakers are only used in the scenario where you and your opponent got the same amount of points. In this case, of the picks you and your opponent got right, you will be attributed points for how much the player beat the projection. For instance, if you picked John Doe over 27.5 points and he scored 33, you will be rewarded 5.5 points for the tiebreaker! Whoever gets more points in the tiebreaker will win! If the tiebreaker ends in a draw, both players will be 100% refunded.

-
What do the low fees mean?Entry fees often aren’t a huge consideration among your average DFS player, but they really are one of the most important variables out there. As a player you should think of fees as what you are paying to play in a contest. At Iso we charge a 2.5 % fee on our Gameplay whilst multiple of our competitors charge around a 9% fee on theirs. This means that if you play through $1000 of gameplay, we are only taking $25 in fees, while our competitors could be taking upwards of $90 (over 3 times as much!). In the long run, these high fees severely hurt your bankroll and are unhealthy for sustainable long term play.
-
Are there any upper or lower limits on how I use my balance? The minimum amount for contests are $5, and the maximum amount for contests are $250. However, you can place as many contests as you like!
-
What happens if a game gets suspended, or a player doesn't play?If for any reason a player doesn't enter the game scheduled, you and your opponent will both receive 0 points for that player.
-
When will a entering a new contest have tomorrow's games instead of today's games? Our contests are almost always for the same day. If there are at least two games remaining in today’s slate, entries will be for today. If there is at most one game left, new contests will include both today’s and tomorrow’s slate.
